Introducing Weymouth Chiropractor Dr. Diane Capone

Dr. Diane Capone

“I think I was a nightmare for my chiropractor because I was a stubborn yet inquisitive 23-year old. As I learned more and more about the philosophy of chiropractic I began to fall in love with the idea of the body being a self regulating organism that really didn't need extra help to function. I began getting adjusted and some really amazing things happened. The curve in my neck was restored, my right shoulder leveled out and wasn't lower than my left, and my body, which I previously thought was normal, had changed so much. I no longer had menstrual issues, Crohn's Disease or headaches. I had overcome all of these and my chiropractor’s front desk assistant said to me, 'You should really go to chiropractic school. What are you going to do with the next 3 or 4 years of your life anyway?'

“That simple comment began a new venture.

“Because of the philosophy of chiropractic, I knew I had a calling to help other people to express their innate potential and function at their fullest capacity.

“The goal of my practice is to allow each person to realize they can function better. Sure, you can live with back pain. It’s second only to the common cold. Many people are uncomfortable, but get by. But the truth is, those same nerves that are being irritated also control vital organs and glands. So, if you want to be your best, you’d want to reduce any nervous system interference (vertebral subluxation) and allow your body to work at its fullest potential.

“When I’m not practicing, I’m walking the dogs, dancing, attending yoga class or visiting friends and members of the World Peace Organization. You may see me out and about in Weymouth because it’s where I grew up and where I still live.

“I feel so much younger now than when I began getting adjusted in 1991. I really see a difference in my own life and what getting adjusted once a week can do a lot, even for someone who thinks they are generally pretty healthy.

“Enough about me! How can we help you with today’s safe and natural chiropractic care? Give us a call so we can help you take your first step towards better health.”

Dr. Diane Asks some important questions of interest to Weymouth residents - Chiropractor Weymouth Dr. Diane Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Weymouth folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
